Our first place of abode after leaving Shanghai in 1954, resided in the former wooden barracks of RAF Station Hornchurch where we shared occupancy with families of refugee status, where we all got along very happily. Our great father first came to England during the Great Depression and fell instantly in love with ‘her laws, her justice and everything about it’ in his own words. Within a decade our dear mother took her own life having to cope with constant racism in which at the time neither social media or government legislation protected us from this tragedy. I asked God to show me his existence and to what purpose could become of our family sorry. That purpose I believe leads me directly to offer the leadership race for a new prime minister a choice which others may not afford, but like the biblical Joseph one which under Pharaoh’s authority succeeded in raising a government and its ‘Surrounding Nations’ peace and prosperity from Climate Change which threatened to destroy this ancient and beautiful world. Our world is much more complex and equally beautiful in which Brexit, Coronavirus. Climate Change the War in Ukraine and Cost of living all threaten to destroy our culture and future aspirations. I believe I can help in Britain’s hour of need. A vision of the highest must be taken in solitary fashion…upon the summit, where Heads of Nations gather upon the head of a pin to yield their conquests to prosper the many in the valleys below; where so much is owed by so many to so few. I am certain, any leader of a nation should feel its pulse in its great anthems reflecting its life and history. By shaking hands with this legacy a new anthem which continues its legacy, can pave a way ahead politically. Britain also has an immense spiritual legacy routed firmly in the great hymns of Christendom. This legacy also requires the maintenance of true religion and virtue. To only sing the original equates to having a form of religion but deny the power thereof. A future PM should be competent in restoring this legacy also. |
